Through Girls in Tech’s “Open Tech House” companies will have the opportunity to address these challenges head-on and underscore their commitment to leveling the playing field and diversifying their workforce. This one-day event is focused on the active recruitment and retention of top female tech talent, who will help build a stronger tech workforce for the future—a workforce in which women are equally represented, fairly compensated, and confident that their employers are committed to their success.
