 Lucy Neilson – Head of User Experience at Lottoland


Lucy Neilson is a problem-solving designer who balances user and business needs to achieve digital products which really work. Leading the way in collaboration, embedding a continuous culture of discovery and allowing innovative solutions to rise above, she mentors and coaches others to approach projects, ideas and product development in the same way. A keen learner with a deep-rooted passion for research, Lucy is often found with a coffee scribbling on a whiteboard and loves to roll her sleeves up and understand the problem space from all angles. Much of this means understanding people, and much of this understanding comes from data.



Alexandra Gomez-Peliza


Alexandra Gomez-Peliza – Casino Product Manager at Playtech


After achieving an LLB (Hons) in Law at Kingston University London and completing her BPTC at City Law School, she decided to take on a new challenge within the dynamic and fast-paced world of gaming. Her product journey began 7 years ago, in a B2C Casino setting, where after learning the business fundamentals she became instrumental in influencing product growth from concept to implementation. In a bid to broaden her product portfolio she joined Ladbrokes Coral as a business analyst with the sole objective of delivering a new mobile sportsbook product, which evolved into a product manager role thus allowing her to drive the roadmap and relentlessly improve the product. A year ago Alexandra transitioned into the B2B world as a Casino Product Manager for Playtech where she continues to share her passion for all things product and innovation, whilst also promoting ways of working such as SAFe.



Laura Graham


Laura Graham – Head of Commercial Insight – Lottoland


Laura Graham is an experienced analyst with a talent forextracting from data, the understanding which helps achieve business growth. With a background in Psychology and research, Laura entered the world of online gaming in 2006 at Partypoker, where her analysis provided the market and customer intelligence to help regrow the business following regulatory shut down in the US. She joined Betfair in 2013 taking more of a commercial role and turning the data-driven approach to the world of product development. From there, her passion for data-driven marketing and product development flourished through a variety of analytical and commercial roles at Betfair, Sky bet and now Lottoland. Laura’s core focus is not only on using data to develop her own understanding but to create the data-driven culture and environment which allows the company and employees to benefit from the rich understanding that data provides.
